Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions- "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Valeting2U.
- "You", "Customer" refers to the person booking the service.
- "Service" refers to any valeting, cleaning, or detailing work carried out.
2. Bookings & Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance via [phone / website / message].
- Payment is due on completion of the service, unless otherwise stated.
- We accept [cash / card / bank transfer].
- Prices quoted are based on the condition of the vehicle as described at the time of booking.
3. Access & Location
- You must provide safe and legal access to the vehicle.
- If we cannot safely work at the location, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule.
- Any parking fees, permits, or restrictions are the responsibility of the customer.
- Electricity access; The customer must provide access to a suitable electricity supply at the service location. If electricity is not available we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or adjust the service.
4. Vehicle Condition
- Excessive dirt, pet hair, sand, mould, biohazards, or heavy soiling may incur additional charges or refusal of service.
- You must inform us in advance of any known issues (scratches, dents, faulty electrics).
5. Damage & Liability
- We take every care while working on your vehicle.
- We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Wear and tear
- Mechanical or electrical faults
- Any concerns must be reported before the technician leaves.
6. Weather Conditions
- Mobile valeting is weather-dependent.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to rain, extreme cold, heat, or unsafe conditions.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied, you must inform us immediately upon completion.
- We will offer a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.
- Refunds are not provided once the service has been completed.
8. Personal Belongings

Please remove all personal belongings before the appointment.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
9. Refusal of Service
- We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if:
- The environment is unsafe
- The customer behaves abusively or aggressively
- The vehicle condition poses a health risk
10. Data Protection
- Customer details are used only for booking and communication purposes.
- We do not share personal information with third parties.
11. Amendments
- We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- The version in force at the time of booking will apply.
